Welcome to the
UC Davis Occupational Biomechanics Laboratory

	Our research focus is occupational biomechanics and ergonomics, with a special emphasis on agricultural environments. We study occupational disorders of the lower back and upper extremities, biomechanical modeling of the spine, electromyography, and human factors engineering. The lab is located in the UC Davis department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering, and is equipped with instruments that quantify forces and motions in both field and laboratory settings.
